Is West Fork Trail easy?

How long is the North Kaibab trail?
The trail goes through Indian Garden. The trail begins on the North Rim at the head of Roaring Springs Canyon and goes down to the Colorado River. The elevation from the rim to the river is 1780 ft. The road then turns into a gravel road, and continues for another 0.6 mile (1.8 km), to a junction with the South Rim Trail.
Turn left (west) and follow this trail for a short distance, then turn right (north) to continue along the south rim. This trail is a good place to stop for lunch, or to take a break from the strenuous hike.
There are a number of picnic tables and benches along this section of trail, as well as a water trough and a picnic table. The path is fairly steep, so be sure to bring plenty of water and wear sturdy shoes.
How long hike Sedona Cathedral Rock?
It takes 1.5 hours to get to the top of cathedral rock. You can see the west side of Cathedral Rock as you approach the summit on this route. From the trailhead, take a right onto a dirt road and follow it for about a mile until you come to a fork in the road. Take the right fork and continue for another mile or so.
The trail will take you into a forested area with a small stream running through it. Follow the stream for a few hundred yards and you will see a large rock formation that looks like it has been there for thousands of years. It is called the “Crown of Thorns” and is located on the south face of Mount St. Helens.
If you look closely, you can see that the crown of thorns is covered in a layer of volcanic ash. You can also see the remains of an ancient lava flow that once flowed through the area.
