Long Trail Brewing Co. is a small, family-owned and operated brewery located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The Long Trail is a 272 mile point-to-point trail that has a great forest setting and is only recommended for experienced explorers. The ATC estimates that hikers on the AT spend an average of 3.5 days on each leg of their journey, and that’s assuming they don’t have to cross any national parks or wilderness areas, which they often do.
