All Ohio residents are invited to experience Ohio‘s fantastic public fishing opportunities without purchasing a license on June 18 and 19. During this special event, all size and bag limits apply. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) will be hosting a special fishing event at the Ohio State Fairgrounds in Columbus, Ohio. This event is open to the public and is free of charge.
The event will take place on Saturday, June 19th, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p. m. and Sunday June 20th from noon to 3:45 p,m., and will include a variety of fishing activities including fly-fishing, snorkeling, and fishing for bass, crappie, catfish, walleye and other species.
