What does it mean he who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty?
“under the shadow of the almighty” can be used to mean in the presence of god. You are surrounded by God. All good is yours, in His presence. Regardless of your current circumstances, understanding this will allow you to be at peace. This approach is prayer and not a random one. When we pray, we are asking God to reveal Himself to us.
When He reveals Himself, He does so in a way that we can understand and appreciate. The Bible is God’s revelation to the world. He has revealed Himself in many ways, but the most important of these is through the Holy Spirit, who is present in all of us at all times and in every place.
God has given us the ability to hear His voice and to respond to His words. If we do this, then we will be able to understand the meaning of what He is saying and how He wants us to live our lives.

I declare that the Lord is my refuge, my place of safety, and my God. He will save you from traps and protect you against danger. He will not leave you in darkness but will lead you into the light, so that you may see clearly to know the paths of life and death, good and evil.
