Can you lose belly by eating less?
If you want to permanently reduce your stomach’s size, you have to have surgery. You can lose overall body fat over time by eating healthy food choices, but it’s not possible to lose all of your belly fat at once.

You will first lose hard fat that surrounds your organs like liver, kidneys and then you will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. The fat loss around the organs makes you lose weight. If you want to gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. This is because the body needs to burn calories to keep you alive.
If you eat too many calories, your metabolism will slow down and your body will not be able to use all the energy it has stored up in your fat cells. So, if you are not eating enough calories and not exercising enough, the fat you lose will be stored as fat instead of being burned for energy.
Is it better to eat less or exercise more?
It’s much easier to eat fewer calories than it is to burn them off as you exercise. Your body will likely tell you that you need more calories if you try to exercise more. It will be more difficult for you to stick to your diet plan if you have more hunger. It’s more important than ever to make sure you’re eating the right amount of calories to keep your weight in check.
Should I go to bed hungry to lose weight?
