The entire fish, from head to tail, tiny bones and all, can be enjoyed as an appetizer, a main course, or a side dish. The fish is grilled on a hot griddle and served with a variety of toppings, such as pickled daikon radish, shiitake mushrooms, nori (seaweed), and sesame seeds.
