A towing pro in Utah named Matt Wetzel has been charged with insurance fraud. The man behind Winder Towing and Matt‘s Off Road Recovery is accused of fraudulently collecting more than $15,000. His trial is scheduled for May 19.
The Utah Department of Motor Vehicles has also been hit with a fraud charge. According to the Salt Lake Tribune, the agency has received a number of complaints from customers who say they were charged for tows they didn’t receive.

He was wearing a hospital gown, but he was not in a coma. His eyes were open and he had a slight smile on his face. “He’s going to make it,” Robbins told his father. The doctors told Robbins that Matt would not be able to move his arms or legs for at least a week. They told him that he would need to be sedated and fed through a tube in his nose.
And they said that if he didn’t get better within 24 hours, he could be put into a medically induced coma, which would keep him alive for a longer period of time and allow him to have a better chance of recovery. It was a tough decision, Robbins said. But it was the only one they could make at the time.
